If you complete a contact or demo request form on our website, we process:

Identity: first and last name
Contact: email address, phone number, city
Professional: your organisation and job title
Request: your message, area of interest, number of hotels and rooms
Security: IP address, browser information, submission time, referring page

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving, evaluating and responding to your request
Contacting you and presenting our product
Preparing commercial proposals and managing contract processes
Measuring and improving service quality
Ensuring information security and preventing abuse

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Article 5 of the KVKK, in particular:

Art. 5/2-c: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract
Art. 5/2-f: the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed
Art. 5/1: your explicit consent, for commercial electronic messages

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with our hosting and email infrastructure providers and with competent public authorities where legally required. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention

After your request is concluded, your data is retained for a reasonable period considering statutory limitation periods and our legitimate interests, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
